Fonda topped Schalmont 70-35 at the Coaches vs. Cancer event at Fulton Montgomery Community College. Jackson Cusack led the winners with 18 points.
Fonda used an impressive first eight minutes and sprinted out to an ample first quarter lead 16-5. They used a lock down mentality protecting their basket and played with great enthusiasm throughout the frame.

The Braves opened up a sizable halftime advantage of 38-11. Fonda played sound basketball in the second stanza turning a 11-point first quarter lead into a 27-point halftime bulge.
Fonda maximized their play in the third quarter and outscored Schalmont by 10 points.
The Braves managed to be ahead at every period closing whistle by margins of 11, 27, 37, & 35.
