Holy Names knocked off Mohonasen 69-35 in Section 2 basketball play.
Holy Names were dominant in the second half and collected the victory.
Holy Names were strong out of the gate and played excellent team basketball on their way to a significant first quarter lead 19-11.
Holy Names opened up a sizable halftime advantage of 31-19.
Holy Names played sound basketball in the second period turning a 8-point first quarter lead into a 12-point halftime bulge.
Holy Names used a tough hard-nosed effort in the third quarter and outscored Mohonasen by 17 points.
Holy Names were on top at every period ending horn by margins of 8, 12, 29, & 34.
Holy Names had a trio of players players in double figure scoring. ADAMS led Holy Names with 13 points. FIELD poured in 12 points. REYES had 11 points. LADOPOULOS finished with 8 points. WARD picked up 8 points.
