Schoharie tripped up Fort Plain 73-33 on the hardwood of Section 2 basketball. Jessica Meade played expectionally well on the attacking side of the floor for the Indians leading the way with 30 points.

The Indians maximized their potential in the second half as they pulled away for the decisive win.

Schoharie seemed ready to go right from the jump and darted in front to gain an ample first quarter lead 14-8.

The Hilltoppers trailed 36-17 at the half. The Indians played sound basketball in the second period turning a 6-point first quarter lead into a 19-point halftime advantage.

The Indians were benefitted by a robust performance in the third quarter and outscored Fort Plain by 15 points.

Schoharie were in front at each quarter buzzer by margins of 6, 19, 34, & 40.

Jessica Meade paced the Indians with 30 points. Savannah Traverse contributed 9 points.
The Indians buried 6 baskets from downtown.
Jessica Meade made 3 three-pointers.

Erin Crouse led the Hilltoppers with 20 points. Sarah Florian scored 8 points.
