Stillwater slipped past Hoosic Valley 64-59 in a contest that most local experts presumed would be a showdown of two quality teams. Thomas McDonough was a walking bucket for the Warriors popping in 24 points. Stillwater rode the coattails of their unwavering second half play as they led at the end of the third quarter and at the final whistle.
