Even with the scoring exploits from Stasia Epler of Cambridge, the Indians were defeated by Greenwich 56-40. Epler scored a game high 25 points. Nora Niesz paced the Witches with 15 points.
The Witches finished the game with marvelous execution as they outscored the Indians by 8-points at the pivotal moment of truth.
Greenwich used an impressive first eight minutes and started the game in style racing to a decent first quarter lead 20-11.
The Witches were in front at every quarter stoppage by margins of 9, 9, 8, & 16.
Greenwich placed three in double figure scoring. Nora Niesz paced the Witches with 15 points. Adrianna Rojas powered in 15 points. Grace Autiello finished with 12 points. Cate Abate scored 8 points.
