Fonda dominated versus Mayfield 56-34 in WAC hoop action.
The Braves took charge in the first half and led 29-17. Fonda produced as a complete unit in the second quarter turning a 5-point first quarter lead into a 12-point halftime edge.
Fonda maximized their play in the third quarter and outscored Mayfield by 9 points.
The Braves were in control at every quarter stoppage by plus 5, 12, 21, & 22.
Fonda placed three players in double figure scoring. Kayla Smith led Fonda with 13 points. Carly Atty added 10 points. Marilyn Whitcavitch scored 10 points. Kieonna Christmas finished with 8 points. Quincy Lake chalked up 7 points.
Kelsey Meca and Cloey Dopp paced Mayfield with 11 points each. Katarina Agerter finished with 4 points. Sallyann Agerter tallied 4 points.
Mayfield splashed 5 baskets from long distance.
