The Blue Devils took the loss vs. Albany by 37 points, 76-39. Isaiah Austin and Malachi Perry combined to score 43 points for the victors.
Albany maximized their potential in the second half as they coasted to victory.
Albany held a slight 1-point advantage heading into the second quarter. The two squads struggled to grab a foothold as the teams went to the first half locker room break with Albany nudging ahead.
The Falcons were benefitted by a robust performance in the third quarter and outscored Columbia by 20 points.
The Falcons were on top at every quarter buzzer by leads of 1, 2, 22, & 37.
