Mayfield outlasted Northville 57-52 in a Grade A match up from around the region. The Panthers captured the Championship of the Woodward Tournament. Britain Goodemote was a serious problem on the offensive end for the winners popping in 22 points. The Panthers built on their unwavering second half play as they led at the end of the third quarter and at the final tick of the clock.
Mayfield held a modest 3-point edge going into the final frame.
