Albany slipped past Bethlehem 76-68 in a Grade A match up played today. Isaiah Austin played great on offense for the winners leading the way with 29 points.

The Falcons generated a game changing eight-minute counterattack as they out-shot Bethlehem 28-14 in the closing minutes. They survived this tough encounter.

Albany held a slight 3-point advantage heading into the second quarter.

The opening two quarters were ultra competitive as the teams went to the first half stoppage with Bethlehem out in front.

The Eagles performed well in the second stanza turning a 3-point first quarter deficit into a 3-point halftime advantage.

This test of mettle showed the that either side could score the basketball against quality opponents. 

The Falcons had a triplet in double figure scoring. Isaiah Austin paced the Falcons with 29 points. Malachi Perry racked up 16 points. Deavion Springstein added 13 points.
Albany shot with first-rate accuracy from the free throw line as they produced 81.8%, 27 of 33.

Bethlehem had a trio of players in double figure scoring. Caden Bernardo took control of the offense for Bethlehem with 22 points. Ryan Reynolds contributed 19 points. Logan Yohe scored 15 points. Ali Weatherly popped in 8 points.
Bethlehem drained 5 baskets from long distance.
Ryan Reynolds made 4 three-pointers.
The Eagles shot exquisite from the charity stripe as they made 76%, 19 of 25.
