Averill Park took down Columbia 65-21 in (518) hoop action. Amelia Wood and Taylor Holohan combined to score 45 points for the Warriors.

Averill Park had great energy right from the tip off and bolted out to a decent first quarter lead 25-5. They put together an imposing effort guarding the hoop and played with great enthusiasm throughout the frame.

Columbia lagged behind 42-9 at the half. Averill Park played team basketball in the second frame turning a 20-point first quarter lead into a 33-point halftime edge.

Averill Park managed to be ahead at all period ending horn by plus 20, 33, 33, & 44.

The Warriors had a triad in double figure scoring. Amelia Wood showed the way for Averill Park with 25 points. Taylor Holohan netted 20 points. Michelina Lombardi had 11 points.
The Warriors produced 6 buckets from beyond the arc.
Amelia Wood made 4 three-pointers.

Alivia Landy was a catalyst for the Blue Devils with 8 points. Sophie Bissailon secured 6 points. Leah Phillips accounted for 6 points.
