Gloversville defeated South Glens Falls 78-52 in a Capital Region basketball match up. Joseph Rowback and Dante Bouchard combined to score 45 points for the victors.
The Dragons held a modest 3-point edge at the beginning of the second quarter and then they jumped out to a comfortable margin at the break 38-21. Gloversville played sound basketball in the second quarter turning a 3-point first quarter lead into a 17-point halftime bulge.
Gloversville used a tough hard-nosed effort in the third quarter and outscored South Glens Falls by 11 points.
The Dragons were in front at every quarter buzzer by margins of 3, 17, 28, & 26.
Gloversville had a trio of players players in double figure scoring. Joseph Rowback led the Dragons with 24 points. Dante Bouchard added 21 points. Anderson Jones scored 14 points.
