Fonda lost against the Spartans by 19 points 54-35, in a hard fought Capital Region basketball match up. Callie Chevalier was impressive on offense for the Spartans leading the way with 19 points.
Burnt Hills had great energy right from the tip off and played excellent team basketball on their way to an ample first quarter lead 18-4. They used their sensational defensive prowess and were in the drivers seat throughout the period.
