Queensbury won convincingly versus Broadalbin-Perth 49-23 in Foothills Council play. Brigid Duffy led the winners with 19 points.
The Spartans used a monster second half as they fired on all cylinders.
Queensbury finished the game with authority as they outscored the Patriots by 12-points at the cruicial moment of the contest.
Defense reigned supreme in the 2nd quarter as the teams scored barely 10 points.The end result was still uncertain as the teams went to the first half recess with Queensbury out in front.
Queensbury were benefitted by a robust performance in the third quarter and outscored Broadalbin-Perth by 9 points.
The Spartans were in front at all quarter stoppage by plus 5, 5, 14, & 26.
