Emma Willard tipped Hoosick Falls 47-33 in a first-rate Capital Region basketball meeting. Ashley Shields showed the way for the victors with 26 points.
The Jesters concluded the tilt with marvelous execution as they surpassed Hoosick Falls by 5-points at the critical stage of the game.
The Jesters were charged up from the opening whistle and darted in front to gain a nice first quarter lead 16-7. They put together an imposing effort guarding the hoop and grabbed control of the frame.
The teams put on a defensive clinic in the fourth quarter as they combined for a scant 11 points.
