Albany narrowly held off Troy 76-66 in a hard fought Suburban Council tilt . Fans could not have been disappointed as the contest lived up to its pre-game expectation. Isaiah Austin was an offensive force for the victors leading the way with 23 points.
Albany were benefitted by a robust performance in the third quarter and outscored Troy by 5 points.
The Falcons were in control at each period ending horn by advantages of 5, 7, 12, & 10.
Both clubs did their best to get easy hoops in a coast to coast type of game.
