Mohonasen won a cliff-hanger versus Voorheesville 46-41 in a Colonial Council fixture that most local fans imagined would end with the culmination of two well coached teams clawing for every point. The Mighty Warriors relied on their solid second half play as they led at the end of the third frame and at the final whistle.
Mohonasen held a modest 3-point edge at the beginning of the fourth quarter. This test of two ultra competitive teams was headed towards an epic finish through the third frame.
Voorheesville and Mohonasen were all square after one period of play.
