Shaker won a cliff-hanger versus Colonie 55-49 in a prime time (518) hoop tug-of-war. Kaelah Carter and Emily Satterday combined to score 37 points for the Blue Bison.
The Blue Bison generated a game changing eight-minute rally as they out-shot the Garnet Raiders 14-8 as regulation came to an end. That burst enabled them to celebrate the outcome.
Spurned on by a first-class performance in the second half Shaker outscored the Garnet Raiders 32-17 in the final sixteen minutes. That was reverse of the first half when the Garnet Raiders built a 32-23 lead at the midway point.

The two squads refused to give ground through three quarters as the score was tied at 41.The Blue Bison played with purpose in the third quarter and outscored Colonie by 9 points.
Kaelah Carter showed the way for Shaker with 19 points. Emily Satterday knocked down 18 points. Jaedyn Shomo tallied 7 points.
Colonie had a triplet in double figure scoring. Gabby Martin put forth a strong offensive game for the Garnet Raiders with 17 points. Macie Trimarchi got in the book with 11 points. Jayla Tyler added 10 points. Ava Pearson tallied 8 points.
The Garnet Raiders produced 6 trey balls.
