The Black Horses suffered defeat to Fonda by 20 points, 60-40, in Class B sectional play.Kayla Smith helped the cause for the winners with 19 points.
The Braves were charged up from the opening whistle and played excellent team basketball on their way to a significant first quarter lead 19-11.

Fonda jumped out to a comfortable margin at the break 38-15. The Braves played solid as a rock in the second period turning a 8-point first quarter lead into a 23-point halftime advantage.
The Braves played with purpose in the third quarter and outscored Schuylerville by 7 points.
