Averill Park beat South Glens Falls 81-22 in a Class A sectional match up. Amelia Wood and Michelina Lombardi combined to score 49 points for the winners. Averill Park advances to the semi-final round to play Catholic Central on March 2 at HVCC.

The Warriors executed fantastic in the second half as they played superb in the win.

Averill Park opened up a sizable halftime advantage of 45-14.

The Warriors were benefitted by a robust performance in the third quarter and outscored South Glens Falls by 13 points.

Averill Park were in control at all quarter buzzer by plus 5, 31, 44, & 59.

The Warriors placed three players in double figure scoring. Amelia Wood showed the way for the Warriors with 31 points. Michelina Lombardi poured in 18 points. Taylor Holohan dropped 12 points.
The Warriors connected on 7 buckets from long range.
Amelia Wood made 4 three-pointers. Michelina Lombardi added 3.

Sydney Hart was a catalyst for the Bulldogs with 10 points. Sophia Hallenbeck got in the book with 4 points. A McDonough added 4 points. Alivia Killian totaled 3 points.
