Niskayuna fell to Shenendehowa by 29 points, 63-34, in Class AA sectional action. Jillian Huerter led the way for the winners going off for 22 points.

Shenendehowa used an impressive first eight minutes and started the game in style racing to a hefty first quarter lead 16-4. They used their incredible defensive prowess and were in command during the frame.

Niskayuna fell behind by a score of 38-13 at the half.

Shenendehowa were benefitted by a robust performance in the third quarter and outscored Niskayuna by 6 points.

The Plainsmen were in command at every quarter stoppage by margins of 12, 25, 31, & 29.

Shenendehowa placed four in double figure scoring. Jillian Huerter led Shenendehowa with 22 points. Maya Carpenter contributed 12 points. Bri Carey had 11 points. Kaleigh Montanez accumulated 10 points.
Shenendehowa produced 9 hoops from deep.
Bri Carey made 3 three-pointers.

Kathleen Birmingham put forth a strong offensive game for Niskayuna with 9 points. Heather Schmidt registered 8 points. Rebecca Schmidt accounted for 8 points. Olivia O Meally totaled 6 points.
