Meekel Christian ruined the day for Lansingburgh 60-34 in Class A sectional play. The Lions move on to play Hudson Falls on 3/3 in Glens Falls
Meekel Christian had great energy right from the tip off and played excellent team basketball on their way to a hefty first quarter lead 19-12.

Meekel Christian had great energy right from the tip off and played excellent team basketball on their way to a hefty first quarter lead 19-12.
The Knights had some work to do after being down 35-18 at the half. Meekel Christian played solid as a rock in the second stanza turning a 7-point first quarter lead into a 17-point halftime advantage.
Meekel Christian played with purpose in the third quarter and outscored Lansingburgh by 9 points.
The Lions were in command at each quarter stoppage by separations of 7, 17, 26, & 26.
Meekel Christian placed four players in double figure scoring. Joey Roddy put forth a strong offensive game for the Lions with 15 points. Zahki Fallen added 14 points. Oryan DeJesus tallied 13 points. Will Radcliff notched 10 points.
The Lions drilled 6 buckets from long range.

James Oliver led the Knights with 11 points. Matthew Rodriguez secured 8 points. Aayden Green netted 5 points. Isaiah Been connected on 4 points. Wesley McIntyre accumulated 4 points.
