Averill Park cruised past Catholic Central 77-50 in a Class A semi-final tilt. Amelia Wood and Taylor Holohan combined to score 46 points for the Warriors. Averill Park will play Burnt Hills on 3/5 at HVCC for the sectional title.
Averill Park were charged up from the opening whistle and played excellent team basketball on their way to an ample first quarter lead 23-9.
