Guilderland held a slim 4-point margin heading into the fourth quarter. This test of two ultra competitive teams was a war on the floor through the third period.

Spurned on by a first-class performance in the second half Niskayuna outscored Guilderland 30-20 in the final sixteen minutes. That was the opposite of the first half when Guilderland built a 33-24 lead at the midway point.

The Dutchmen had great energy right from the tip off and started the game in style racing to an ample first quarter lead 19-7. They put together an imposing effort guarding the hoop and grabbed control of the frame.

The Silver Warriors maximized their play in the third quarter and outscored Guilderland by 5 points.

The teams put on a defensive clinic in the fourth quarter as they combined for a scant 17 points.

Jack Allen put forth a strong offensive game for Niskayuna with 18 points. Gabe Eldaye splashed in 10 points. Owen Evans poured in 9 points. Sam Booth tallied 6 points. Gavin Owen notched 6 points.
