Lansingburgh snatched the win over Bishop Gibbons 65-49 in a non-league Section 2 basketball match up. Wesley McIntyre led the way for the Knights with 26 points.
Lansingburgh used an impressive first eight minutes and took hold of the ball game on their way to a significant first quarter lead 20-13.
The Knights were in control at each frame closures by margins of 7, 20, 23, & 16.
Lansingburgh placed three players in double figure scoring. Wesley McIntyre sparked the offense for the Knights with 26 points. Markus Green registered 15 points. James Oliver knocked down 10 points. Aayden Green tallied 9 points.
Wesley McIntyre nailed 3 three-pointers.
The Knights shot excellent from the line as they prospered at 88.9%, 16 of 18.
