Middleburgh won a nail-biter versus Fort Plain 57-55 in WAC play. Troy Cammer was the straw that stirred the drink for the Knights with 18 points. Middleburgh relied on their solid second half play as they led at the end of the third quarter and at the closing buzzer.

The Knights held a modest 3-point edge going into the final frame. This battle of wills was setting up for a monumental ending through the third quarter.

The Hilltoppers stormed out of the locker room and started the game in style racing to a generous first quarter lead 16-10. Yet, Middleburgh rallied in the second quarter and outscored Fort Plain by 6 points.

The coronation of a winner was still unresolved as the teams went to the first half intermission with the game tied 30-30.

Middleburgh utilized excellent teamworkcoming out of the half, after being all square at the half, which helped them capture the lead 43-40 going into the last quarter.

Troy Cammer guided Middleburgh with 18 points. Eric Pickering netted 16 points. JJ Narzymski tallied 9 points.
The Knights used expert marksmanship to make 5 hoops from behind the arc.
Eric Pickering made 3 three-pointers.

Keane led Fort Plain with 24 points. Gray secured 15 points. David knocked down 9 points.
