Johnstown won a down to the wire contest versus South Glens Falls 43-41

The Sir Bills used a second half surge to help in victory.

The Sir Bills went off in a crunch time rally as they eclipsed the Bulldogs 17-7 as the final seconds ticked down. 

Focused play in the second half helped as the Sir Bills outscored the Bulldogs 33-15 in the final sixteen minutes. That was different than early in the game as they flipped the script of the first half when the Bulldogs darted out to a 26-10 lead at the midway point.

South Glens Falls bolted from opening whistle and took hold of the ball game on their way to a sufficient first quarter lead 18-9.

The Bulldogs performed well in the second frame turning a 9-point first quarter lead into a 16-point halftime upper hand.

The Sir Bills capitalized on gritty play in the third quarter and outscored South Glens Falls by 8 points.

Peter Yetto was an offensive spark for the Sir Bills with 14 points. Ryan Hoyt racked up 9 points. Maddox Pedrick knocked down 8 points. Danny Brown tallied 6 points.
The Sir Bills used expert marksmanship to make 5 hoops from long range.
Peter Yetto nailed 4 three-pointers.

Brady Smith guided the Bulldogs with 15 points. Ryan Fitzsimmons chipped in 9 points. Liam Brennan had 7 points. Jack Gutowski popped in 6 points.
