Despite a great scoring performance by Sydney Hart of South Glens Falls, the Bulldogs suffered a setback versus Troy 39-37. Hart scored a game high 18 points. M. Chapman led the Flying Horses with 13 points.

Troy held a modest 1-point edge at the start of the fourth quarter. This duel kept fans on the edge of their seats through the third frame.

Both teams scratched and clawed to score the ball in the opening quarter as they combined for only 12 points.

The end result was still uncertain as the teams went to the first half intermission with South Glens Falls gaining the upper hand. The Bulldogs played solid as a rock in the second quarter turning a 4-point first quarter deficit into a 2-point halftime edge.

Troy came through with inspired basketball out of the break, after being behind at the half, which enabled them to commandeer the lead 28-27 going into the fourth period.

M. Chapman led the Flying Horses with 13 points. S. Nunez contributed 7 points. A. Borowsky had 6 points. A. Mamone accumulated 5 points.

Sydney Hart paced the Bulldogs with 18 points. Kaitlin McDonough scored 11 points.
South Glens Falls used expert marksmanship to make 5 baskets from downtown.
Sydney Hart nailed 3 three-pointers.
The Bulldogs shot with superb accuracy from the the stripe as they produced 66.7%, 8 of 12.
