-After a Mekeel Christian basket by Deonte Holder basket, with just under 5 minutes left in the 1st quarter, the Lions never trailed again on their way to a 69-59 victory.
-Schalmont cut the lead to single digits several times throughout the 4th period but Mekeel withstood every run.
-The Sabres were led by Shane O Dell with a game high 27 points. Teammate Jesse O Dell had 14 points and LJ Randle add 13 points.
-Mekeel was paced by Jordan Jackson's 26 points. Carter Stewart added 20 points and Deonte Holder had 13 points.
