Shaker closed out the contest outscoring the Eagles 39-26 after the halftime break.

Albany Academy led from start to finish as they knocked off CBA 77-51. The Cadets ran out to a 22-10 first quarter advantage and led the Brothers of CBA 42-26 at the half. Academy scored 26 points in the third period to pull away.

Maple Hill slipped past Whitehall 43-35 in a Class C sectional contest. Addi Loszynski propelled the offense for the Wildcats going off for 21 points. The #5 Wildcats advance to the Class C quarter final round and play #4 seed Warrensburg on Thursday 2/22 at 6 p.m. at Greenwich.
The Wildcats darted in front to gain a first quarter lead 12-6. Maple Hill led at the half 23-15.
The Wildcats were ahead at all quarter stoppages by advantages of 6, 8, 8, & 8.
Addi Loszynski paced the Wildcats with 21 points. Rosilee Forrest netted 14 points.

The #4 seed Cannoneers took the loss vs. the #13 seed Golden Knights, 53-48, in a Class B opening round tilt. Esiasyn Starr lit up the scoreboard for the Golden Knights leading the way with 26 points, including clutch play late in the fourth quarter to seal the win. Bishop Gibbons will face #5 seed Fonda in the quarter-final round on 2/24 at HVCC.
Bishop Gibbons extendend their lead to six points, 24-18, at the half. Right after the break Watervliet's Daheem Wilson scored his 1000th career point. However, the Cannoneers still trailed by eight heading into the final quarter, 40-32.
