This season the site will require a small yearly membership fee to acess all of the daily scores, highlight clips, full game videos, live scoring, game recaps, computer rankings with daily game projections, team pages, articles and anything else added.

The cost to view everything on the site is going to be $19.99 a year for a membership. NEW!!! We've now given users an option to finish the season following all the game action, scores, highlights, photos and more for $9.99 for the next six months. Our coverage of sectional action is extensive from pre-tournament predictions, chance of winning the classifications, score projections, etc. Follow live game coverage as the plan is to hit multiple contests on days where the games are at one location.

REMINDER!!! The majority of the content will be during the busy basketball season from November through March/April. It's an incredible task, as one person, to keep up with everything in the section for those four to five months.

NOTE to Coaches: Any coach that shares their nightly post game stats, that are sent to traditional media outlets, will get FREE access to the site. STEPS TO CREATE PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

-Go to the tab Plans on the top of every page or click this link and click subscribe now.

-You'll now be on the checkout page. If you have a site username and password enter that information where it asks for username and password. If you don't have one, click the Register Now link on the right hand side of the page. Enter your name, username, email address and password you'd like then click register and check out. After you've registered your account and successfully checked out, go back to your email and click the confirmation link to the site. Check your spam folder if you don't receive the email from the site in your regular email.) Then log in. Site login form is in the middle of the home page or click the Login tab on the top of every page.

-The site checkout is through PAYPAL. You can use your paypal account or use a debit or credit card. I've been using this platform for online $$ transactions for as long as I remember and it's safe and secure. No hassle and great support.

-My plan is to slowly expand coverage to other Section 2 sports, after Section 2 basketball ends, in the spring and fall so your yearly membership will get you access to that coverage as well. However, the main content provided on the site will run from November through March. Adding more basketball Summer League coverage along with extra AAU events are expected, too.

Catskill beats Hudson 72-61 ending the Bluehawks long Patroon Conference winning streak.

- After falling behind 7-4 early in the 1Q Catskill responded with 2 quick baskets to grab a lead they would never relinquish the rest of the game on their way to ending Hudson's 45 game unbeaten streak in the Patroon Conference.

- Catskill led by as many as 22 points early in the 3Q and looked to have the game in full control until Hudson battled back and cut the deficit to 7 points with under 6 minutes left in the game. The Cats then used a 5-0 run to push the lead back to double digits and made some free throws down the stretch to secure a 72-61 victory. The game was part of the Coaches vs Cancer contests at Columbia Greene Community College.

 Justin Worth led all scorers with 21 points. Dayquan Griffin paced Hudson with 19 points.

Saratoga remains hot by pulling away from La Salle in the closing minutes of a tough Class AA match-up.

-After 2 La Salle free throws from Ray Evans with 3:00 remaining in the game, Saratoga had a 1 point lead 39-38. The Blue Streaks responded with back to back buckets from Nick Chudy and Will Fox to give Saratoga a 6 point lead. Ray Evans of the Cadets followed with a three pointer to cut the deficit to 3 (44-41) with 2 minutes remaining.

-The score stayed that way with less than a minute left in the game, when Saratoga's Drew Patnode clutch bank shot in the lane gave the Blue Streaks the cushion they needed. The Blue Streaks made some free throws in the closing seconds to stretch the margin to 50-41 holding off La Salle who rallied from 12 points down at halftime. This is Saratoga's 11 consecutive win.

Maple Hill beats Chatham 47-36 in a Patroon Conference Coaches vs Cancer game.

-Maple Hill used a stingy defense to ignite a 16-6 2nd Quarter opening up a tight game to lead by 11 (30-19) at the half. They also connected on 5 1st half three-pointers. Chatham played the Wildcats even in the 2nd half (17-17) but couldn't get the deficit below 10 points in either the 3rd or 4th quarters.

Lydia Chittenden led Maple Hill with 12 points and teammate Natasha Strock had 9 points. Veah Daigle paced Chatham with 13 points.
