-Seventh seeded Hoosick Falls is going to the Class C Final after defeating third seeded Maple Hill 39-28. The Panthers will take on Cambridge on Friday, March 1st at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy.
-Hoosick Falls used great team defense throughout the night making it extremely hard for the Wildcats to find open shots. The Panthers opened up a double digit lead late in the first half and held that lead, the rest of the game, only allowing Maple Hill to close to within 8 points once late in the 3Q.
-Logan Thayne led Hoosick Falls with 17 points, Lillian Hickey added 9 points.
-Lydia Chittenden led Maple Hill with 10 points.

Catskill beats Hudson 72-61 ending the Bluehawks long Patroon Conference winning streak.

- After falling behind 7-4 early in the 1Q Catskill responded with 2 quick baskets to grab a lead they would never relinquish the rest of the game on their way to ending Hudson's 45 game unbeaten streak in the Patroon Conference.
- Catskill led by as many as 22 points early in the 3Q and looked to have the game in full control until Hudson battled back and cut the deficit to 7 points with under 6 minutes left in the game. The Cats then used a 5-0 run to push the lead back to double digits and made some free throws down the stretch to secure a 72-61 victory. The game was part of the Coaches vs Cancer contests at Columbia Greene Community College.
Justin Worth led all scorers with 21 points. Dayquan Griffin paced Hudson with 19 points.

Saratoga remains hot by pulling away from La Salle in the closing minutes of a tough Class AA match-up.

-After 2 La Salle free throws from Ray Evans with 3:00 remaining in the game, Saratoga had a 1 point lead 39-38. The Blue Streaks responded with back to back buckets from Nick Chudy and Will Fox to give Saratoga a 6 point lead. Ray Evans of the Cadets followed with a three pointer to cut the deficit to 3 (44-41) with 2 minutes remaining.
-The score stayed that way with less than a minute left in the game, when Saratoga's Drew Patnode clutch bank shot in the lane gave the Blue Streaks the cushion they needed. The Blue Streaks made some free throws in the closing seconds to stretch the margin to 50-41 holding off La Salle who rallied from 12 points down at halftime. This is Saratoga's 11 consecutive win.

-Maple Hill used a stingy defense to ignite a 16-6 2nd Quarter opening up a tight game to lead by 11 (30-19) at the half. They also connected on 5 1st half three-pointers. Chatham played the Wildcats even in the 2nd half (17-17) but couldn't get the deficit below 10 points in either the 3rd or 4th quarters.
Lydia Chittenden led Maple Hill with 12 points and teammate Natasha Strock had 9 points. Veah Daigle paced Chatham with 13 points.
