Ichabod Crane rallied in the second half to knock off Berne-Knox 57-53. Quinn Rapport put forth a strong offensive game for the group that came out on top with 19 points.
The Riders manufactured a great group effort with a late push as they out-shot the Bulldogs 17-11 as regulation came to an end. That final push proved to be the difference.
The Bulldogs held a modest 2-point edge at the beginning of the fourth quarter. This test of two ultra competitive teams was on full display through the first twenty-four minutes of action.

Despite an all-conference performance by Baileigh Briski of Coxsackie-Athens, the Riverhawks succumbed to defeat against Maple Hill 68-66. Briski scored a game high 35 points. Addi Loszynski and Sydney Rogers combined to score 45 points for the Wildcats as they opened Patroon Conference play with a victory.
The Riverhawks held a slim 2-point margin at the beginning of the fourth quarter, but the Wildcats manufactured a great group effort with a rally as they won the final quarter 20-16,
Coxsackie-Athens used an impressive first eight minutes and darted in front to gain an ample first quarter lead 20-14. Yet, The Wildcats recovered in the second quarter and outscored Coxsackie-Athens by 5 points.
